Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceeding (court or arbitration) will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Some states do not allow class action waivers, so this provision may not apply to you.

Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the above, you may bring a claim in small claims court in your local jurisdiction if it qualifies.
